This session introduces participants to proven frameworks used by global innovators and business leaders to identify problems, generate creative solutions, validate ideas, and create sustainable impact.

Module 1: Design Thinking
What is Design Thinking?

Rather than beginning with technology or products, Design Thinking starts with empathy—understanding the people affected by the problem.
The Five Stages of Design Thinking
1. Empathize
Observe and understand the needs, emotions, and experiences of users.
Ask:

2. Define
